The Don Deeva is cruelty free and handmade in the USA in a smoke-free, dog-friendly environment. Each polish bottle contains 1 XL Zilla stainless steel ball and is 11 ml. All pigments and ingredients are tested for a minimum of 2-3 months prior to being released. We recommend applying your favorite base coat, 1-3 coats of The Don Deeva Polish, and finishing with your favorite top coat for best results.
At The Don Deeva, we focus on creating beautiful and unique nail polish. Some polishes are highly pigmented, and some pigments can cause staining. We recommend always using your favorite basecoat before applying nail polish.
The Don Deeva is an independent brand that makes polish in small batches, and new releases come out every month!
Due to the handmade nature of the product and differences in screen monitors/lighting, variations may occur. Some of our polishes are also very complex – and sometimes, the best way to show you is by using a macro shot to capture all the different elements within the polish. Helpful Tips: When applying matte polish, use a good basecoat for extended wear. If your polish becomes separated, turn the bottle upside down and gently roll between your hands until desired consistency is achieved.
If your polish becomes dry or thick over time, you can try adding 2-5 drops of nail polish thinner and shaking to try restoring the polish. Nail polish thinner can be found at most beauty supply stores. Always use a good base and top coat.
They will make a difference in the wear of your manicure.

Thermal Polishes: Please check thermal polishes upon receipt. Thermal polishes can lose transition if left in extreme temperatures. Please keep in a cool, dark place. We will not be responsible for thermal polishes that have lost transition. Swatches shown use ice water and hot air to achieve maximum transition – personal results may vary depending on your personal body temperature.
Solar Polishes: Please check solar polishes upon receipt. Solar polishes can lose transition if left exposed to ultraviolet (UV) for an extended period of time or are left in extreme temperatures. Please keep in a cool, dark place. We will not be responsible for solar polishes that have lost transition. Swatches shown use indoor UV lights to achieve maximum transition – personal results may vary depending on the UV index in your area
Glow In The Dark Polishes: Glow in the dark pigment is very heavy and will settle on the bottom of the bottle over time. This is normal. To check, charge the pigment in the bottle by holding under a light for a few minutes and check in a dark room. If you see a strong glow at the bottom, but a dull glow at the top, the pigment needs to be redistributed. To redistribute pigment, please shake the bottle vigorously for a few minutes – using a magnet to direct the mixing ball can help break up stubborn pigment areas
Glitter/Flakie Polishes: Some glitters are heavier than others and can settle over time. Vigorous shaking can help redistribute the glitters, and a magnet can help direct the mixing ball to break up stubborn glitter settlement. Flakies are delicate and can break down when shaken. To help prevent this, roll the polish between your hands to gently re-mix only when needed. For ease of removal of glitter-heavy polishes, try using a peel-off basecoat or multiple layers of basecoat.
Magnetic Polishes: Magnets are not included with magnetic polishes. You can purchase magnets from our shop in the Deeva Nail Care section under the Deeva Tools listing or you can purchase from another retailer. For best results, apply a thin coat to one nail and hold the magnet a few millimeters over the nail until the polish has dried for the most pronounced design. If you prefer a softer design, decrease the amount of time the magnet is held over the nail. Repeat as necessary using thin coats each time, one nail at a time – magnetic pigment needs wet polish for the magnetic particles to move in. If you do one hand and try to go over the nail after it's dried, the particles won't be able to move.
Unicorn Pigment/Pee Polishes: Any polish labeled as “UP” or “OGUP” (Unicorn Pigment/Original Unicorn Pigment) contains real unicorn pigment and NOT aurora pigment. Any reference to “pee” in the description indicates the use of unicorn pigment and not aurora pigment.
